 Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for jewelry purchases as everything is handmade and very neat.

6) REPAIR
If a piece of jewelry requires repair or reaches you in unsatisfactory condition do not hesitate to contact us at adrianachristodoulia.com. Items that need repair within seven working days of purchase will not be charged for repair costs. After this period, each repair costs from 20 euros and up depending on the materials and the extent of the damage. You will receive an email notification that your jewelry has been returned. All jewelry is handmade in our studio in Greece, so we can not guarantee the exact shipping date. Allow us 5 to 15 business days for all orders to be created and shipped.

7) PLATING AND PLATING PLATING
Most of our jewelry is plated or platinum plated. Their base is made of 925 silver. Plating is a technique in which we place a thin layer of metal on the silver surface.
To prolong the color of the jewelry plating you should take them off when wearing perfume, lotions, creams and when washing dishes, taking a shower, entering the sea, swimming pool. Generally be careful not to come in contact with chemicals as these can cause permanent damage to your plated jewelry. In addition, be aware that the color of jewelry plating goes away depending on the abrasion, use and pH of the skin and leaves silver or brass visible and is a process you can not avoid.
